Keeping Cool in my Baby Pool

It has been so hot here that you have to sit in the water to stay cool - although Lucy gets confused and thinks my pool is her water bowl. I grabbed her face to try to show her who was boss but then I remembered how much I loved her so I just let her drink as much as she wanted.

Uncle John's July Visit

I am Uncle John's first grand baby because mommy is his pretend 3rd daughter so he loves me so much already. We had a really nice time together and I liked him right away because he has glasses and a mustache to pull on.

Vermont 2010 - Part I

I went to mommy & daddy's hometown in Vermont for Aunt Mollie's wedding. Westminster West is very fun. I got to play on the farm and spend lots of time with Nana & Poppy & Yaya & Beeba & Aunt Mollie & Aunt Bonnie & Aunt Lindsay & Uncle Dylan....I wore a special dress to Aunt Mollie's wedding - she was the prettiest bride I have ever seen! I now have 2 weddings under my belt.

My 6 Month Birthday

Today is my half birthday! I weigh 18lbs now and am starting to eat food every day. Mommy and daddy took me to the Boulder farmer's market - I got lots of compliments on my pig tails and I showed daddy the best way to drink from a water bottle.

Daddy's Birthday!

Today was Daddy's Birthday - I slept for most of the party, but then I woke up and everybody was very excited to see me and I basically stole daddy's thunder. I met lots of daddy's friends and stayed up way past my bedtime.

Nana's Visit

Nana came to visit me for the first time since I was an infant. I am much more fun now - I showed her how I play all day and she took care of me thw whole time she was here. I love her.

Me & Sally Dog

Today I met Sally - she is mommy's friend Ashlee's dog. She didnt care that I was crawling on her and tugging her ears and eating her ears. I liked Sally very much. Lucy never lays still long enough for me to eat her ears.

Colorado Flowers

Mommy took me on a walk with Lucy & Amy & Weston & Ada - I love watching the dogs run - but then I got very  hot and tired and mom forgot my pacifier. I became very upset and cried the whole way back to the car. I am a little embarrassed about my behavior.
